Spectrum Health Care is seeking an experienced Home Support Program Manager, preferably an RN or RPN, to enhance client service delivery in a community healthcare setting. This position requires previous progressive management experience and skill in fostering collaborative relationships with both internal staff and external stakeholders. You will also coach staff and support the Regional Director in daily operations and quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and motivate staff for quality client care
• Oversee hiring and training of Home Support Supervisors




• Collect and share key performance indicators with the team
• Identify process gaps for quality improvement initiatives
• Communicate service quality issues to the Regional Director

Requirements:
• CNO certificate as Registered Nurse, RN or RPN
• Experience in community health care management
• Ability to manage within a unionized environment
• Proven conflict resolution and complaint handling skills
• Solid relationship-building capabilities
