Hauck Vision and Hearing is in need of a part-time Optometrist to fill a locum position while one of our ODs is away. Join a well-established clinic with great flexibility in your schedule.

This locum opportunity requires coverage from early August until mid-September, with the potential to continue working with our clinic and the FYidoctors group in Red Deer afterward. You will have access to advanced technology and your own exam lane while receiving support from licensed Opticians and a pretesting team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed eye exams and patient consultations
• Provide clear prescriptions for vision correction
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Collaborate effectively with the clinic team
• Ensure excellent patient follow-up and care

Requirements:
• Current Optometrist license in Alberta
• Interest in locum work during specified dates
• Ability to use contemporary technology for examinations
• Willingness to travel from nearby cities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
