Join PLEA Community Services as a Temporary Full-Time Youth Support Worker in Surrey, BC, focusing on high-risk youth. This position emphasizes individual growth and community integration.

As a key member of the U-Turn/U-Link/NWT team, you'll support youth with diverse and complex needs through tailored assistance and supervision. This role allows for flexible schedule, enhancing your ability to meet each youth's needs while promoting their overall well-being and development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with caregivers to support service plans
• Offer supervision in community settings
• Implement strategies for behavior management
• Teach interpersonal and life skills
• Develop relationships with families for support

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in human services or social sciences
• Recent experience with youth in vulnerable situations
• Skills in conflict management and relationship building
• Valid BC Driver's License required
• First Aid certification or willingness to complete
