Key Responsibilities:
• Manage assigned program areas per Extendicare’s Model of Care
• Identify risk mitigation strategies and manage collaboratively




• Ensure regulatory compliance and timely investigations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimized care
• Lead quality improvement initiatives for successful outcomes

Requirements:
• Minimum three years of experience in long-term care
• Current nursing registration with Provincial licensing body
• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent diploma preferred
• CPR certification required
• Proven leadership and communication skills
