As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will report to the Director of Care and play an essential role in enhancing the lives of our seniors. Utilize sound nursing principles to provide personal care while ensuring a supportive atmosphere within the team. You’ll oversee resident care, maintain communication with families, and supervise the support staff to ensure a comfortable living workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care aligned with established policies and plans
• Utilize principles of sound nursing practice for optimal care
• Foster teamwork by creating a supportive resident atmosphere




• Supervise and guide Personal Support Workers in the unit
• Manage assessments for admissions and changing resident statuses

Requirements:
• Good standing Registered Practical Nurse with the Ontario College of Nurses
• Experience in geriatric health is preferred
• Excellent judgment and risk management skills
• Eligibility to work legally in Canada
• Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check
