Candidates should have three years of experience in residential carpentry and show proficiency in handling deficiency repairs that meet stringent company standards. Your role will be pivotal in preparing suites and common areas for occupancy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete repairs and touch-ups as identified in inspections
• Conduct finishing work including installations and adjustments
• Handle drywall, painting, and minor repairs effectively




• Track and close out deficiency items in accordance with schedules
• Inspect completed work to ensure adherence to specifications

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in carpentry
• Proven skills in completing project close-outs and warranty tasks
• Solid attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Knowledge of occupied residential building practices is a plus
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License required
