In this role, you will organize, prioritize, and manage an assigned caseload of clients with diverse care needs. Your work will involve applying Occupational Therapy principles to create and implement individualized treatment plans while mentoring OT students and provisional OTs. You will also coordinate with external agencies to ensure comprehensive client care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and prioritize caseload responsibilities efficiently
• Implement evidence-based treatments tailored to clients
• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams




• Attend care conferences and relevant meetings
• Mentor students and provisional Occupational Therapists

Requirements:
• Active practicing licensure in Occupational Therapy
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License and vehicle access
• Current BLS Certification in the last 12 months
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT applications
• Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills
