You will partner with Caterpillar and Finning teams to drive KPIs like physical availability and productive performance on Fort Hills, Albian, Basemine and Aurora sites.
The role involves leading site performance initiatives, data-driven improvements, and coordinating with mining operations, maintenance, and Commercial Managers.
