Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the liaison for genetic test inquiries
• Coordinate laboratory office processes for testing
• Educate users on laboratory result interpretations




• Maintain quality assurance standards for the lab
• Assist in genetic counselling on a limited basis

Requirements:
• Master’s in Genetic Counselling with relevant certification
• Deep understanding of genetics principles and practices
• Exceptional critical thinking and organizational skills
• Proficient in communication and time management
• Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion practices
