As an IT Systems Engineer, you'll manage day-to-day IT support and operational tasks while collaborating closely with IT leadership. This position requires 1-2 monthly on-site visits, making it essential to be comfortable working independently as part of a remote team. You'll help with onboarding, oversee SaaS platforms, and tackle hardware troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide L1/L2 IT support for staff using Mac and Windows
• Manage helpdesk tickets through Jira with prompt communication
• Assist in onboarding/offboarding and user account management
• Troubleshoot hardware and network issues during in office visits
• Monitor system health and ensure platform security compliance
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of IT support or engineering experience

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
