In this key position, you will support Project Managers by coordinating and documenting essential project activities. Your experience and skills will drive the successful delivery of water and wastewater projects that impact the workplace and community well-being. This position plays a crucial part in the entire project lifecycle, from initial scheduling to final execution and oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with project scheduling and cost tracking
• Manage coordination of project-related documents
• Support changes,



including notices and scope adjustments
• Document meetings and track action items
• Aid in executing safety and quality assurance measures

Requirements:
• Trade Certification or Technical Diploma/Degree in Engineering-related fields
• 2–10 years of relevant construction experience
• Skilled in MS Office and project management tools
• Understand construction project practices and systems
• Knowledge of InEight software is a plus
