As a key provider, you'll navigate a panel size projected to be 650 by year 3, ensuring comprehensive service throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver whole person primary care in diverse settings
• Work within a team focused on cultural safety
• Attend to a patient panel while traveling to community sites
• Integrate traditional wellness practices into care
• Maintain compliance with health regulations and policies
Requirements:
• Must hold an active CPSBC license
• Willingness to undertake Cultural Safety training
• Relevant experience with First Nations preferred
• Current driving license for community travel
• Dedication to fostering culturally informed health services
