You will oversee employee engagement initiatives, talent management, and labor relations for both unionized and non-unionized environments. Utilizing your expertise in coaching and workforce planning, you will align human resources with the mission of The Salvation Army.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute HR strategies to support mission goals
• Guide leaders in employee and labor relations
• Manage grievances and collective agreements




• Conduct workforce analysis to identify improvement areas
• Support succession planning and leadership development

Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
• Seven years of relevant HR experience
• Experience in charitable or nonprofit sectors
• Robust HR generalist experience
• Excellent communication and advisory skills
