Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries on shipments
• Manage the transportation of loads and flag issues promptly
• Communicate updates to customers effectively




• Obtain Proof of Delivery from carriers as necessary
• Conduct data entry in TransPlus with accuracy

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in the 3PL broker industry preferred
• Familiarity with customs documents such as PAPs and PARs
• Strong knowledge of Canadian geography
• Ability to effectively communicate in English
• Reliable transportation to the Burlington office
