Join Monarch House as a Registered Behaviour Analyst, delivering structured ABA interventions for youth with developmental disabilities. This part-time position spans multiple community locations including Whitby and Oshawa.

You will focus on assessing clients' needs and designing tailored behavior plans that emphasize skill acquisition and problem behavior reduction. Your role will involve mentoring and supervising ABA Therapists and working closely with families to support treatment plans. Leadership and transparent communication are essential in this collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess client requirements and caregiver expectations
• Customize and oversee behavior plan implementation




• Conduct Functional Analyses as part of plan development
• Provide ongoing training for ABA staff
• Engage in collaborative meetings with clients and caregivers

Requirements:
• 2+ years’ experience working with ASD clients
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field
• Valid driver’s license and police clearance
• Proficient in functional behavior assessments
• Flexible for occasional evenings and weekends
