Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate and gather evidence for claims
• Instruct and communicate with team members
• Prepare legal opinions and necessary documents
• Negotiate fair settlements when feasible
• Present educational legal seminars for MIABC members

Requirements:
• 3-7 years of relevant litigation experience
• Valid license to practice in BC
• High ethical standards and integrity
• Solid interpersonal communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 applications
