Responsibilities

Service Excellence:



Manage the day-to-day service needs of a commercial portfolio.

Documentation: Process endorsements, renewals, and certificates with high attention to detail.

Underwriter Liaison: Communicate with carrier partners to resolve policy issues and secure updates.

Technical Support: Assist the commercial team with complex policy data management in Applied EPIC.

Desired Skills

5+ years of experience in commercial brokerage support.

Active RIBO license required.

Proficiency in Applied EPIC.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
