Lead the Governance & Reporting function at The Maples Group as a Vice President in Montreal. Focus on internal audit practices, quality assurance, and delivering data-driven insights to stakeholders. As a newly created leadership role, the Vice President will design and enhance the governance frameworks of our Internal Audit team.

You will ensure compliance with IIA Standards while managing the reporting calendar, creating dashboards, and implementing quality assurance programs. Collaborating with senior management, your insights will shape our internal audit processes and drive efficiencies. Key Responsibilities:

- Own the Internal Audit governance calendar and reporting
- Produce engaging audit dashboards for key stakeholders




- Design and implement a comprehensive QAIP
- Govern audit methodologies and ensure timely updates
- Track and report on findings and remediation efforts

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years in internal audit within financial services
- Expertise in QAIP design and operation
- Robust knowledge of IIA Standards
- Proven success in governance reporting and communication
- Experience with data analytics and automation tools
