Videographer (Ontario – St Catherines/Hamilton Area)

HeyTony is looking for a creative, reliable, and detail-oriented Videographer/Editor to help bring our brand, culture, and client stories to life through video.

This is a full-time role for someone with a desire to excel in their chosen field, a proactive nature, the ability to adapt as situations arise and takes pride in a polished final product.

This role will primarily support content for Matt Diamante’s (HeyTony founder) personal brand. Filming, scripting, and editing the video content that builds his personal platform. You'll work closely with him directly through every stage, from concept to final cut, so this is a great fit for someone who enjoys a close, collaborative creative partnership rather than a large production team.

We are a culture-driven SEO agency with a collaborative and supportive environment. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, self-directed, comfortable working independently in the field, and excited to grow alongside a fast-moving team.

About The Role

This role will primarily support content creation for Matt Diamante’s (HeyTony founder) personal platform. Filming talking-head content, coaching sessions, speaking engagements, personal storytelling, and marketing content designed to grow his audience and brand. You'll help capture and shape the footage that brings his voice and message to life.

Some days may involve filming solo content with Matt Diamante, while others may involve scripting a concept from scratch, coordinating a shoot around his schedule and travel, or sitting down together to edit footage into a finished piece. This is a cooperative process, not just a hand-off.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include

- Filming content for Matt Diamante’s personal platform (talking-head videos, coaching content, personal storytelling)
- Assisting with scripting and concept development for video content
- Coordinating shoots around Matt’s schedule and travel
- Editing footage collaboratively with Matt, from rough cut through final version
- Managing and maintaining video/camera equipment
- Travelling to shoot locations, events, and speaking engagements as needed
- Organizing and archiving raw footage and finished assets
- Collaborating on a content calendar to keep output consistent
- Occasionally supporting HeyTony team culture and brand content

Experience is a bonus, but not the most important thing to us. Someone with a strong eye, a great attitude, and a willingness to learn will stand out far more than someone with a perfect reel and nothing else.

Role Details
- Full-time
- Hybrid
- Based in or around St. Catharines, Ontario or Hamilton, Ontario
- Must be open to travel for shoots, events, and company trips
- Some flexibility in schedule
- Starting salary: $60,000 CAD
- Benefits available after probationary period
