Digital Solutions Specialist – Saint-Bruno
At Alstom, we design what millions of people rely on every day: railway transportation systems where reliability is essential. With more than 85,000 employees worldwide, we are united around the industry's most diverse portfolio, including high-speed trains, metros, trams, maintenance services, and integrated systems.
More Than a Job: A Mission
We are looking for a Digital Solutions Specialist to join our team in Saint-Bruno and help transform railway maintenance through innovative digital tools. You will work alongside colleagues who demonstrate accountability, passion, and dedication.

- Deploy and configure digital platforms such as HealthHub and Orbiflo for railway asset monitoring.
- Analyse data to anticipate failures and support predictive maintenance activities.
- Configure alerts and develop algorithms to improve equipment reliability.
- Document data collection and transfer processes to enable effective analysis.
- Collaborate with technical teams to validate end-to-end digital solutions.
You will work within dynamic and committed teams, tackling complex challenges that are shaping the future of mobility. Your expertise will help optimise railway maintenance through digital innovation.
What You Bring
- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification (Master's degree level).
- Knowledge of digital solutions and predictive maintenance concepts.

- Solid problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in both French and English, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
How Success Is Measured
- Successful implementation of digital systems and data connectivity solutions.
- Accuracy and reliability of predictive analyses and models deployed.
- Effective collaboration with stakeholders to improve operational performance.
Alstom: A Place to Grow
- Contribute to projects that modernise infrastructure and enhance passenger safety.
- Develop your expertise in digital technologies within an international environment based in Saint-Bruno.
- Benefit from career development opportunities and continuous learning to build a sustainable and rewarding career.
Growth here is not always easy. The scale is immense and the challenges are complex. But the impact is real. When the system works, the train runs, and the city stays connected, it creates a sense of pride that endures. And a legacy that lasts.
Bilingualism
Fluency in both French and English is required. Knowledge of a third language is considered an asset when collaborating with our international partners, suppliers, colleagues, and customers.
In Québec, French remains the primary working language of our company.
You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
Important to note
As a global business, we’re an equal-opportunity employer that celebrates diversity across the 63 countries we operate in. We’re committed to creating an inclusive workplace for everyone.
