Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Violin Teacher to inspire students of all ages and skill levels to discover the joy of playing the violin. In this role, you will design engaging lessons that foster musical growth, technical proficiency, and a love for music. Responsibilities

- Deliver violin lessons tailored to each student’s age, skill level, and learning style
- Create a supportive and motivating classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation and confidence-building
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to guide improvement
- Prepare students for recitals, performances, or examinations as appropriate
- Incorporate music theory, sight-reading, and ear training into lessons to enhance overall musicianship
- Maintain accurate records of lesson plans, student attendance, and progress notes




- Foster positive relationships with students and parents to support ongoing musical development

Skills

- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching violin to diverse age groups
- Strong knowledge of violin techniques, music theory, and repertoire
- Experience working with children and understanding early childhood education principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that balance technical skill development with enjoyment of music
- Classroom experience or background in early childhood education is highly desirable
- Basic skills in cooking are a nice-to-have for organizing creative activities or events related to music education
