Strategic IT Leadership: Ability to align technology initiatives with business goals, driving digital transformation, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.

Experience in building trusted advisor relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored IT strategies that promote growth and innovation.

Technical Expertise: Knowledge of infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud technologies (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS), and enterprise architecture, with the capacity to evaluate, plan, and oversee implementations.

Experience managing IT budgets, forecasting technology spend, and ensuring ROI on IT investments.





Vendor and Project Management: Skills in managing vendors, negotiating contracts, and leading projects to successful completion within scope, time, and budget.

Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: Understanding of compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2) and risk mitigation strategies.

Experience guiding IT teams, mentoring staff, and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. Work with clients to create 1-3 year technology roadmaps, including planning and budgeting. Identify technical opportunities, scope, quote, and sell projects, collaborating with project and service managers. communicate these to the support team.
