About For Every Tomorrow For Every Tomorrow is a student-led nonprofit mental health and addiction advocacy initiative focused on education, awareness, storytelling, and reducing stigma.

As For Every Tomorrow grows, we want to strengthen our presence beyond our own platforms by building meaningful relationships with nonprofits, community organizations, student groups, advocates, and other organizations working toward similar goals.

We’re looking for Volunteer Partnerships & Outreach Coordinators to help identify new opportunities, develop potential collaborations, and expand For Every Tomorrow’s involvement in the community.

The Role

As a Partnerships & Outreach Coordinator, you’ll help research and develop opportunities for For Every Tomorrow to collaborate with organizations and communities aligned with our mission.

- Identifying opportunities for collaborations, campaigns, events, and community involvement
- Researching potential speakers, organizations, and contributors for upcoming events and initiatives
- Preparing partnership and outreach recommendations for review
- Drafting outreach emails, partnership proposals, and other external communications for approval
- Researching organizations before outreach to help ensure potential partnerships align with For Every Tomorrow’s mission and values
- Developing ideas for collaborative campaigns, events, and community initiatives

- Supporting the development of partnership proposals and collaborative projects
- Coordinating with other For Every Tomorrow teams to identify partnership opportunities connected to their work
- Participating in weekly virtual team meetings

This opportunity may be particularly relevant to students and early-career individuals interested in: Nonprofits • Community Engagement • Partnerships • Communications • Public Relations • Advocacy • Mental Health • Public Policy • Social Impact

We particularly welcome applicants based in British Columbia and elsewhere in Canada , as much of our current community and partnership work is Canada-focused.

Applicants with relevant experience or an interest in supporting our growing work in the United Kingdom are also encouraged to apply.

Commitment

This is a flexible volunteer position. Work can generally be completed around your existing schedule, but team members should be able to contribute consistently.

Volunteers should be prepared to:

- Contribute approximately 2–4 hours per week , depending on current projects and opportunities
- Attend a weekly virtual team meeting
- Regularly research potential partnerships and community opportunities
- Complete agreed-upon research, outreach preparation, and other assigned work
- Communicate consistently with the team
- Meet agreed-upon deadlines

We care more about consistent, meaningful involvement than a rigid number of hours. Why Join?

As an early member of For Every Tomorrow’s Partnerships & Outreach team, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape how a growing nonprofit builds its community presence and external relationships from the beginning.

You’ll be able to

- Gain practical experience in partnership development and nonprofit outreach
- Develop research, professional communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Help identify organizations and opportunities that could contribute to For Every Tomorrow’s growth
- Contribute ideas for collaborations, campaigns, events, and community initiatives
