This role focuses on directing Uline's safety initiatives across a 1.2 million-square-foot facility. You will work closely with leadership to set and monitor safety goals that comply with standards. Additionally, you will manage and inspire a team of Safety Coordinators, fostering a culture of safety across all operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and improve safety policies and programs
• Establish safety goals with management for compliance
• Review incident reports and conduct safety audits
• Develop Safety Coordinators to drive safety initiatives
• Collaborate with HR on worker’s compensation issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
• Over 3 years in warehouse safety management
• Required certifications in First Aid and Material Handling
• Provincial-level OHS knowledge preferred
• Experience with Environmental Health and Safety beneficial
