Elevate safety standards as the Safety Manager at Uline's Toronto branch. In this role, you'll implement comprehensive safety programs for our 1.2 million-square-foot warehouse.

In this managerial position, you will lead safety initiatives and collaborate with management to set safety goals and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Your expertise will drive continuous improvements in our safety culture, benefiting our 550+ employees. You'll also develop a team of Safety Coordinators and partner with Human Resources on worker’s compensation claims.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Uline's safety program for the Toronto branch
• Collaborate to establish and achieve safety goals
• Conduct warehouse safety audits to ensure compliance
• Lead and develop a team of Safety Coordinators
• Partner with HR on worker’s compensation claims

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of warehouse safety management experience
• First Aid, Material Handling certifications needed
• Provincial OHS experience preferred
• EHS and worker’s compensation experience a plus
