Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily safety huddles with interdisciplinary teams
• Adjust patient assignments according to acuity and needs
• Facilitate effective communication and problem-solving in care




• Ensure patient care plans reflect current status and needs
• Support education and training for nursing staff

Requirements:
• Degree in Nursing required; Baccalaureate preferred
• Active registration with the Ontario nursing association
• At least two years of related experience
• Up-to-date BCLS certification
• Proven leadership capabilities in healthcare
