This role is key in Aecon's Steam Generator Replacement Team, part of the Major Component Replacement project. You'll report to the Project Safety Manager and lead initiatives focused on conventional safety and environmental management plans. Your expertise in health and safety within the nuclear construction industry will ensure project teams meet strict safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee safety management plans for projects
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and employee training




• Track safety-related statistics and assist with Return to Work cases
• Support Human Performance program activities
• Manage documentation related to high hazard audits

Requirements:
• CHSO or CRSP designation preferred
• 5+ years in Health and Safety in nuclear construction
• Strong understanding of Emergency Planning procedures
• Ability to manage safety performance of subcontractors
• Solid leadership and communication skills
