Job Description This position is responsible for overseeing and managing the accounting and financial operations of a group of five auto parts companies across Saskatchewan and their associated property portfolio, including the planning, execution, administration and supervision of all financial and accounting functions.
Duties will include:
Collaborate with managing partners to analyze financial data, deliver key reports, and guide intelligent business decisions
Coordinate tax compliance and year-end review with external accountants and managing partners
Set up recent financial policies and polish existing procedures
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance for all financial matters
Prepare financial month-end Bank & Account reconciliations
Lead, train and supervise accounting support staff
Prepare journal entries and resolve discrepancies




Oversee Accounts Receivables / Payables
Complete tax filing (GST, PST)
Complete and submit documentations for administration of benefits such as pension plans, leaves, employment and medical insurance
