As a permanent part-time Registered Practical Nurse, you will play an integral role in the lives of residents at Sienna's Heatherwood. Your expertise in secure medication administration and excellent communication will ensure each resident receives the highest quality of care. You will create care plans, promote wellness, and partner with fellow team members to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Safely prepare and administer medications as per prescriptions
• Document patient care and communicate concerns effectively
• Empower residents through health education and self-care




• Develop personalized assessments and care plans
• Mentor unregulated care workers with support and guidance

Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current BCLS and medication administration certifications
• At least one year of geriatric nursing experience
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
• Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check
