We are looking for a skilled 310T Licensed Truck & Coach Technician ready to mentor a team of three during night shifts. You will remain hands-on in preventing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs, ensuring all work meets high standards of safety and efficiency. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding your team through everyday challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead three technicians during the night shift operations
• Conduct preventative maintenance and vehicle inspections
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues effectively




• Assist with team workflow and provide technical advice
• Maintain service documentation accurately

Requirements:
• Valid 310T or 310J Journeyperson license required
• CVIP Inspection License preferred or to be obtained
• Robust skills in diagnostics, particularly shared in after-treatment systems
• Experience in supervisory or leadership roles preferable
• Own professional toolset needed
