Join Shared Health as a Rehabilitation Counsellor focusing on Child and Adolescent Mental Health and Addiction services. Engage in meaningful client work and community initiatives in person.

This casual role emphasizes your proficiency in motivational interviewing and your knowledge of mental health challenges. A degree in Social Sciences is required, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities. Lead educational efforts and train staff while fostering an empathetic atmosphere for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide assessment and counselling to youth and families
• Create and deliver community-based educational programs
• Work collaboratively within a healthcare team




• Maintain accurate client documentation using technology
• Plan and organize activities that support client engagement

Requirements:
• Bachelor's or diploma in counseling or social sciences
• One to two years of relevant supervised experience
• Good standing with a regulatory body
• Solid collaborative and consultation skills
• Preferred fluency in an Indigenous language
