This full time role emphasizes collaboration and support for individuals dealing with severe mental illness and substance use. You will leverage your personal insights and excellent communication skills to advocate for clients, assist in developing their care plans, and implement practical resources for their success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support clients in identifying and meeting personal goals
• Collaborate closely with the ACT team for care planning
• Advocate on behalf of clients when needed
• Provide life skills assistance and case management
• Use lived experience to counsel and guide clients
Requirements:
• Experience with mental health or substance use recovery
• Excellent judgment and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within diverse environments
• Commitment to client confidentiality and autonomy
