Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and analyze complaint intakes for public safety

• Present inquiries to the ICRC for evaluation and decisions

Requirements:
• Degree in health-related field or law
• 3–5 years of investigation or risk management experience

• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented in handling sensitive information
