In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks from operating tools to maintaining quality standards at construction sites. Work closely with project leaders, ensuring that documentation is up-to-date and assisting less experienced team members. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct general construction labor using power tools
• Discover creative methods to improve work processes




• Support site leads in quality assurance and specifications
• Keep accurate site documentation and logs
• Provide mentorship to junior craftspeople

Requirements:
• Willingness to travel in Manitoba and Saskatchewan
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
• Class 3 or 1A license, or ability to obtain
• Experience with heavy equipment preferred
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs
