Larlyn Property Management is looking for an accomplished Property Manager to join our Ontario team. With a strong background in property management, you will oversee financial management, operational tasks, and Board interactions for several condominium corporations. Your leadership will support property managers and enhance service delivery through compliance with regulations and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee a portfolio of townhouse and high-rise communities
• Serve as a liaison for Boards, residents, and stakeholders




• Prepare and manage annual budgets and financial documents
• Conduct regular site inspections for property conditions
• Handle tenant move-ins and move-outs in Yardi

Requirements:
• CMRAO General License required
• At least 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Valid Ontario G driver’s license necessary
• Experience with Yardi and solid administrative skills
• Problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach
