We’re looking for a Project Manager II who excels in tackling multiple projects independently with at least three years of relevant experience. In this role, you'll handle project scope and budgeting while mentoring junior team members. Your ability to read plans and negotiate effectively will play a critical role in client satisfaction and project success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple restoration projects from inception to delivery
• Scope losses and prepare precise project estimates
• Engage with clients, adjusters, and subcontractors efficiently




• Monitor safety compliance and quality throughout projects
• Train and support junior project managers for consistent results

Requirements:
• 3+ years in project management, construction or restoration
• Deep understanding of safety standards and building codes
• Solid organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Xactimate, and related apps
• Ability to participate in an on-call schedule
