This role involves significant research on collective agreements and preparing critical documents for bargaining and arbitration. Organizational skills and legal writing proficiency are essential as you will manage diverse tasks, from documenting processes to coordinating meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct research on collective agreements and bargaining history
• Prepare binders and documents for arbitration hearings
• Maintain comprehensive records and files
• Organize meetings and take detailed minutes
• Assist in processing collective agreements and related materials
Requirements:
• Minimum three years of paralegal experience
• Four years of senior administrative experience
• Completion of a Paralegal Program
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in legal writing and document preparation
