As the Housing Program Coordinator, you will report to the Housing Supervisor and play a vital role in facilitating an array of programs promoting physical, emotional, and social welfare for residents at Cedar Point Supportive Housing. Your responsibilities will include developing life skills programs, engaging volunteers, and ensuring a safe and welcoming workplace for participants.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement in-house life skills programs
• Coordinate with community initiatives for resident engagement




• Maintain inventory of recreational program materials
• Train and manage volunteers for various activities
• Collect data and contribute to program evaluations

Requirements:
• Degree in Human Services or related experience
• Frontline experience with vulnerable populations
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Valid drivers license with liability insurance
• Ability to work evening shifts and weekends
