Wellington Veterinary Services seeks a compassionate Registered Veterinary Technician to support our cooperative team. This role offers approximately 10 hours per week, with potential for more hours covering for others. You will assist Veterinarians in medical, surgical, and dental procedures while ensuring clients and their pets receive exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in medical, surgical, and dental procedures
• Use diagnostic equipment effectively for patient care
• Prepare patients, instruments, and equipment for surgery




• Administer and monitor prescribed medicines
• Build positive relationships with clients and pets

Requirements:
• Must have passed the VTNE or be eligible to write it
• Good standing with provincial regulatory association
• Completed accredited Veterinary or Animal Health Technology Diploma
• Experience in animal care is an asset
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
