The role requires a graduate-level nursing degree and at least 10 years of experience, especially within First Nations. Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor nursing staff through NTC Nursing policies
• Support relational inquiry and reflective practices

Requirements:
• Graduate-level Nursing degree essential
