Salary Range: $70,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually

As an Senior Quality Management Professional you will:
Lead and conduct internal quality audits in accordance with ISO 9001 standards and company procedures.
Develop annual audit schedules and audit plans.
Develop project specific monthly audit plan summaries.
Evaluate the effectiveness of processes, controls, and quality management practices.
Document audit findings and prepare detailed reports for management and Clients.
Monitor corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely resolution of non-conformances.
Support external certification and surveillance audits.
Identify trends, risks,



and opportunities for continual improvement within a quality management system.
Provide guidance and training to employees on quality requirements and audit readiness.
Maintain audit records and quality documentation.
Attending site meetings and conducting site visits to review inspection test plans and conducting quality checks.
Review of project drawings and specifications, as well as applicable external specifications and standards, to ensure quality control and compliance.
To apply to this position, you should expect to have:
Minimum of 7 years of experience conducting quality audits and working within a Quality Management System
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 principles, requirements, and auditing methodologies
Experience within engineering, consulting, environmental, or professional services organizations preferred
Experience performing root cause analysis and managing corrective and preventative actions
Strong analytical, organizational, and report-writing skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, taking ownership of delegated tasks
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Open to travel for remote projects
Have a valid Ontario driver's license and access to a vehicle
