Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate special authorization requests accurately
• Index documentation into the workflow system

• Prepare correspondence related to special authorizations
• Address inquiries from various stakeholders

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in health administration or equivalent experience
• Robust communication and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure independently
