As part of the GIM Nursing Resource Team, you'll float between units, delivering nursing care to diverse adult patients. Your responsibilities will include health assessments, therapeutic and preventive measures, and close collaboration with Registered Nurses to ensure high-quality care. You will work in a supportive environment that values continuous improvement and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care to clients across GIM units
• Assess patient needs and collaborate with the RN




• Administer IV medications and supportive treatments
• Maintain optimal patient function through care plans
• Monitor changes in patient acuity and needs

Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum one-year clinical experience in acute care
• Knowledge of telemetry monitoring preferred
• Effective communication skills with patients/families
• Basic computer skills for data entry and patient records
