Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, this role is crucial for the organization’s technology landscape. You'll provide first and second-level support across all departments, ensuring that technical issues are resolved efficiently. Your responsibilities will also include documenting procedures, managing user accounts, and participating in technology projects to enhance infrastructure reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver technical support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
• Support Microsoft 365 applications and user management




• Oversee network connectivity and wireless integrity
• Document processes and maintain asset inventories
• Contribute to system upgrades and installations

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Robust knowledge of Windows and networking fundamentals
• Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Excellent interpersonal skills with customer service commitment
• Relevant certifications like CompTIA or Microsoft are beneficial
