As a key member of the NexGen team, you will coordinate the daily dispatch of specialized transportation equipment while collaborating with project managers and customers. The role requires exceptional communication, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure to solve logistical challenges effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily dispatch of trucks, trailers, and specialized equipment
• Schedule drivers in compliance with Hours of Service regulations
• Collaborate with project managers and operations to execute plans
• Manage permits,



route approvals, and escort coordination
• Respond proactively to fleet delays and customer needs

Requirements:
• Previous dispatch or transportation coordination experience required
• Experience in heavy haul or specialized transportation an asset
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation software
