Key Responsibilities:
• Design visually consistent user interfaces aligned with guidelines
• Translate requirements into wireframes and prototypes
• Develop user flows and journey maps for digital projects
• Conduct usability testing to refine designs
• Create design assets for development teams

Requirements:
• 1–4 years of UX/UI design experience
• Familiarity with AODA and WCAG accessibility standards
• Proficiency in tools like Figma
• Strong collaborative and communication skills
• Understanding of usability testing methods
