This role is critical in supporting patients navigating illness through psychosocial assessments and emotional support. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform thorough psychosocial assessments and emotional support
• Assist patients and families with coping strategies for illness

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in social work; OCSWSSW membership required
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in acute care settings
• Preferred experience in crisis intervention or oncology
• Solid skills in psychosocial assessment and communication
• Flexibility to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
