Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive maintenance on facility systems
• Oversee repairs for HVAC and plumbing systems
• Respond to on-demand maintenance requests




• Document maintenance activities and equipment inventory
• Issue safety permits and ensure compliance during contractor work

Requirements:
• 3-5 years’ experience in facilities maintenance
• Valid trade certification in relevant areas
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with computerized maintenance management
