As a key member of AgeCare’s nursing team, you will utilize your nursing expertise to implement policies, coordinate with health professionals, and ensure comprehensive care for residents. Your responsibilities will include guiding Personal Support Workers and actively participating in shift reports to maintain high care standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Registered Nurse on care policies
• Notify physicians of significant resident status changes
• Ensure care needs are met by the health care team




• Direct Personal Support Workers in daily tasks
• Participate in shift report with care team members

Requirements:
• Knowledge in geriatric and rehabilitation nursing
• Certification from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Understanding of relevant health care acts
• Valuable standing with nursing regulatory bodies
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred
