Elevate your career as an Operating Engineer in the food manufacturing industry, where you'll ensure the protected and effective operation of our facility equipment in Ontario. Your expertise will minimize downtime while supporting efficient processes.

In this role, you will maintain and operate various facility equipment, communicate daily activities with the Facilities Manager, and maintain up-to-date records. You’ll tackle safety issues promptly, execute preventative maintenance programs, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain various facility equipment
• Report daily engineering activities to the Facilities Manager
• Ensure accurate and organized maintenance records




• Address safety concerns and maintain a clean workspace
• Execute preventative maintenance based on schedules

Requirements:
• Valid Ontario 4th Class Operating Engineer Certificate
• 2-5 years applicable engineering experience
• Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
